What is a Vision Board, you say?
Here is how my friend April explains what a Vision Board is:
a little bit more about what a vision board is . . .
a vision board is simply a collage of images or words that help you define and clarify your dreams and goals. or, as one definition states, they are “powerful manifestation tools that tell your sub-conscious mind what to go out and bring to you” (!).
so how do you make one? it’s easy (and fun).
simply flip through a pile of magazines, looking for images and words that jump out at you. you may already have an idea in your head of what you want represented on your board. or you might just see what strikes you as you look through the magazines.
it’s entirely up to you – there’s no right or wrong way to create a vision board. mine tend to have a lot of words on them. yours may be all pictures with no words at all.
then you arrange what you’ve cut out on a piece of cardstock or poster board, and glue it down. voila! your blueprint for the coming year.
Here are some photos from the day:
Here is to a new vision for 2015!!
